Chanhassen Basement Finish

It’s hard to beat the practicality and warmth of a multipurpose family space. We love that these areas add real value to our clients’ homes. They’re the places where people host and gather together: from downtime to playdates to holidays to parties.

Our team recently completed this Chanhassen basement finish, and it’s a perfect example of a flexible, multifunctional family space. The moment you walk downstairs, you’re greeted by a cozy lounge with multiple screens and a fireplace. From there, you can head to the sleek bar for a drink or snack (without missing the game or movie!) while the kiddos congregate in the playroom to burn off some energy.

Besides the top-notch hangout vibes, we appreciate the unique finishes throughout the basement. In the race for best design details, it’s a tie for us between the gorgeous bar and guest bathroom. Both feature unique accent tile, gold hardware, and stunning light fixtures/sconces. Don’t take our word for it, though; scroll through the photos below to narrow down your own favorite features and finishes from this fun remodel!
