Excelsior Lower Level Lounge Renovation

It’s always fun to share our work, but we’ve been waiting with anticipation to showcase this Excelsior lower level lounge renovation!

Among many things, what makes this project so special is how it elevates the style of a typical basement bar/family room. The finished space is elegant, welcoming, and the ideal setting for hosting family and friends.

One of our favorite features of this lower level is its multifunctional layout. All within one room, there’s a place for watching TV together, chatting by the fireside, snacking and drinking at the bar, or playing games at the table.

Beyond its versatility, we love the finishes throughout this space. The relaxed, coastal-inspired decor perfectly matches the home’s location in the lakeside town of Excelsior. Imagine spending the day boating on Lake Minnetonka, and then retreating to this peaceful lower level.
