Greenwood Home Transformation

We have another exciting home remodeling project to share! Our team recently helped this Greenwood family add more usable space to their early 2000s home. The project included converting unused attic space above the garage into a bonus room and remodeling the mudroom to suit the family’s needs better.

Prior to the remodel, the space above the garage was totally unfinished. The only way to access the space was an attic ladder that descended from the ceiling — which simply wouldn’t do!

Our team built and installed stairs to the bonus room and connected the space to the mudroom and the rest of the home. The newly designed mudroom pulls double duty as the family’s laundry room. Bold patterned wallpaper, painted custom cabinets, and plenty of counter space make it both functional and beautiful.

Helping families reimagine the spaces in their homes never gets old, and we had a lot of fun working on this project. The homeowners were wonderful to work with and knew exactly what they wanted; all we had to do was bring their vision to life!
